Imaging the World

Retreat Facilitation

Imaging the World (ITW) is a non-profit founded in 2007 dedicated to developing medical procedures and technologies to enable medical imaging in remote areas around the world. BERK facilitated a full-day retreat for ITW with more than a dozen participants including the Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers from the Seattle area, as well as from Arizona, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Canada.

The retreat focused on fostering working relationships among members and across committees and identified key strategic issues, focus areas, and initiatives for the next three years. Retreat participants reviewed the ITW working model to ensure successful implementation of a pilot program in Uganda.
