Harbor Square Redevelopment

BERK worked on a study with the Port of Edmonds, in collaboration with LMN Architects, to analyze the potential revenues generated by several mixed-use development scenarios on the Port’s 11-acre Harbor Square property. As part of the analysis, we also examined the greater economic context for the redevelopment and how this project might have an impact on tax revenues collected by the City of Edmonds.

The analysis of fiscal impacts for the City of Edmonds was used in discussions with City Officials and other interested stakeholders about potential zoning changes and partnership opportunities for redevelopment of the site.
