Resource Management and Logistics Plan

BERK conducted stakeholder interviews to assess critical resources management in an eight-county region, exploring resource needs, tracking and sharing across agencies. Together with Beck Disaster Recovery, the project lead, we established a situation assessment and developed a plan to strengthen the region’s approach through enhanced information sharing, resource sharing agreements and processes.

We facilitated discussions of a Steering Committee and Regional Catastrophic Planning Team. BERK also researched national best practices for use of GIS to coordinate regional resource sharing, and used GIS to display the location of staging areas and points of distribution in the region.
