Economic and Land Use Planning Market Analysis

BERK collaborated with a cross-disciplinary team of planners, urban designers, architects, and civil engineers to craft the economic development components of a 20-year land use master plan for the Port Madison Indian Reservation. As part of the project, we completed a strategic assessment of the strengths and challenges of the Suquamish Tribe’s properties relative to the competitive regional environment for retail, office, industrial, and housing uses. We also conducted a pro forma analysis of the development economics for key projects and parcels.

The final product was a Master Plan that creates a vision for the Port Madison Indian Reservation to guide development of tribally controlled land over the next twenty to thirty years.
