Global Health Strategic Mapping Portfolio

BERK worked with WGHA’s founding members to research and create an amazing portfolio of world maps and graphics that compellingly illustrate a story about the scale and scope of the State’s global health industry. The project focused on nine organizations, mapping their facilities, projects, expertise, and partnerships: Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Infectious Disease Research Institute, Institute for Systems Biology, PATH, Seattle Biomed, Seattle Children’s Research Institute/GAPPS, the University of Washington, Washington State University, and Battelle/PNNL.

The strategic mapping portfolio displays each organization’s contribution to the global health industry in Washington, and, for the first time, aggregates information on the reach and impact of these entities throughout the world. The findings from the report have been used by the WGHA and individual agencies to communicate worldwide about their work and collaborations.
