BERK developed a strategic plan to help WSF make decisions about engaging a set of enhanced marketing and communications tools. The plan assessed which of the web-based marketing communications tools will most effectively support WSF marketing and customer services goals and how to most efficiently deploy those tools.
BERK organized and facilitated meetings with the WSF Public Relations and Marketing Team to ensure that the complex set of interrelated communication questions, including risks, priorities, and resources, are considered in the development of the strategy. The Plan included both a social media strategy specific for WSF and work plan laying out steps for implementation.
