BERK’s School District Experience

BERK is growing the services we provide to school districts!

For the past two years we have been providing student generation rates services, conducting robust and defensible analysis to support school districts’ impact fee calculations. Our firm began this work when colleagues from 3 Square Blocks joined our team. BERK has continued using their tried and true approach to student generation rate analysis, strengthening it through the use of GIS to more efficiently geolocate student address data and analyze data on new housing units. Kevin Gifford is leading this work.

We are pleased to announce BERK also now provides school district capital facilities planning services. Casey Bradfield recently joined BERK and brings expertise in this area, adding to our existing capital facilities practice. Casey has provided capital facilities plan updates for Sumner-Bonney Lake School District, Bethel School District, and Yelm Community Schools.
