Andrew Bjorn, PhD, AICP has been promoted to Associate Principal. He has been with BERK since 2017 and has 13 years of experience in growth planning and management. He has greatly expanded our capabilities in pro forma analysis and land use planning. He is passionate about working with rural communities on economic development strategies and community planning projects. His client list includes communities, tribes, and organizations across the PNW region.
