Sound Transit Downtown Redmond Link Extension Interagency Working Group
We provided meeting design and facilitation for the Downtown Redmond Link Extension Interagency Working Group. The working group was tasked with determining whether the light rail alignment would be elevated or at grade, as well as station area design options for rail integration, intermodal access and circulation, and potential future opportunities for development. We facilitated a series of working group meetings followed by a three-day charrette with agency staff from multiple divisions of Sound Transit, King County, WSDOT, and the City of Redmond. In collaboration with Sound Transit, we developed meeting concepts and materials to provide all partners with the necessary technical information. The outputs of the charrette were advanced for further definition and ultimately will inform the development of design-build procurement documents for final design. Marcia Wagoner led this effort with support from Rebecca Fornaby.
