Michele Eakins-TeSelle
Michele manages business development efforts and the procurement process for the firm, which includes leading proposals, pushing forward on firm marketing strategies, and leading various marketing campaigns. She works closely with the firm’s ownership team and practice groups on these projects. Michele has been with BERK since 2008, starting as the Office Coordinator and later transitioning into the marketing position. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Marketing Management from the University of Washington Foster School of Business Extension Program.
Outside BERK
After spending most of her life not venturing outside the Pacific Northwest, Michele caught the travel bug after her UW Rome Program. She's been lucky enough to visit much of Europe, Africa, and North and Central America (so far). Her favorite non-work activities include, in no particular order, walking her rescue dog Charlie, traveling with her husband, practicing yoga, shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and tackling house projects.
