Outside BERK

Born and raised in Lusaka, Zambia, with family roots in Bangladesh, Taskina moved to the U.S. via upstate New York, then Boston before making an exciting move to the PNW. She considers herself a Global citizen and aims to travel to as many countries as possible (30+ and counting!) to experience diverse cultures and cuisines. When she’s not planning her next adventure abroad, Taskina enjoys cooking and testing recipes from places she has visited and those she'd like to explore. She shares this culinary journey with her husband as taste-tester, and their Samoyed pup, Luka, who eagerly watches for any food to drop.
