Veronica Ruiz
Veronica is the firm’s HR Manager. She is a dedicated manager with a proven track record of success in employee engagement, recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She is skilled in fostering positive employee relations, driving organizational change, and implementing effective HR programs. Veronica has strong analytical and communication abilities with a commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Joining BERK in 2024, Veronica brings her experience working with large organizations to our 30-person firm. She has an Associate of Arts from Seattle Central College and completed coursework at the University of Washington in Integrated Social Sciences. She has served on the Board of HERE Seattle and Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) – Seattle Chapter and remains engaged in professional development programs for Human Resources Professionals in the region.

Veronica, a proud Seattleite born and raised in the city, she loves all that Seattle has to offer. She has a deep passion for food and enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines. An avid traveler, Veronica is always ready for her next adventure, eagerly embracing opportunities to explore new places. With a love for live music, comedy shows, art exhibits, and the outdoors, she constantly seeks out experiences that bring her joy. Whether it's a spontaneous outing or a night in, she enjoys quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
